SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Shipments are sent via recorded delivery, meaning they may require a signature. Orders do not include shipping insurance. Please be aware that because the prints are made to order, processing time may vary. But your print will be hot off the press when it gets shipped to you!

Shipping costs are calculated based on where you are ordering from. If you are not able to place an order to your location, please contact us so that we may assist.

International customers are subject to the customs laws of their country and will also be responsible for all custom duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other associate costs to ship to their country. We advise all international customers to check with their local agencies for shipping costs and regulations associated with goods coming from the United States prior to ordering. Rafa Ovelar Art will not accept refusals of items due to international shipping regulations or customs costs.
